Had the worst experience ever. Called to get a letter of experience and was told I needed to ho into the office and they could print it for me, I also informed them I wanted to cancell my policy.

She stated it could all be handled at a local office. I went in oly to be told it had been previously requested but it takes 30 business days to get it and that it would be mailed. She read the notes that I wanted to cancell my policy and made an ugly face. I asked her if there was a problem and she said well you want yo cancell your policy.

I explained to her that they always give me the run around and I can never get anything from them when I need it, she said ok, well you will just have to wait for your letter to come in the mail.

I requested to speak to a manager and was told well she doesnt return phone calls and if she does, it may take her a week to get back with you. The worse customer service ever
