I had an accident on May 10th.They didnt get an estimator out until May 21st and I cannot get anyone to return my calls, answer my calls or give me any information.
Finally received a call today, May 28th and apparently they still have no answers for me and still cannot tell me anything. Everyone blames the hold up on someone else yet no one bothers to even call. Forget talking to anyone because it never happens! It was a simple cut and dry claim and still nothing.
The customer service is the worst ever!! Rude, obnoxious, idiotic employees working for them! Will definitely cancel my policies when this is all said and done. I should've listened to all the stories I heard before.
Definitely the worst company i've ever had to deal with.Walk away from Fred Loya while you have the chance or suffer in the end.
