Horrible customer service

I keep calling their 24/7 customer service number and no one picks up. I work the same hours so I can't call during the hours they are open.

It's frustrating because it feels like there's no one to help. Other insurance companies have 24/7 customer services and they pick up, like come on now.

I do not recommend getting Fred Loya, they will not help you out with your needs and they beat around the bush when they actually pick up. Sadly, they have horrible customer service.

Fred Loya Insurance - Won’t accept fault in accident

This *** crashed into my vehicle while I was on my way to pick up my son from the Socorro area. Now Fred Loya is telling me even though the the police report states the driver is at fault they need to contact the driver.

Theyve been trying to contact all policy holders and of course they are dodging the calls. Now FRED LOYA insurance is saying g they most likely wont cover my loses because they cant get a hold of them even though theres a txdot report putting them at fault and police report and my insurance. FRED LOYA Insurance will literally go through hoops to not pay out when their customer is at fault.

F Fred Loya car insurance. F the driver of this car and the policy holders that are purposely trying to avoid the consequences of their bad driving.

Why did my rate go up

Your rates are high. I don't think it is fair to raise up rates for safe drivers just because the other drivers in the neighborhood are causing accidents.

Rates should be determined by one's record not the area where one live. Not everyone can live in a certain neighborhood in order to get low late because that area has a limit on the number of people who can live there.

IOn the phone currently being passed around trying to cancel my policy. They will not cancel my policy and are requiring that i step into the officethe amount of inconvenience added to a $3000 deductible doesnt work for me their docusign is down is not my problem.

Ive already cancelled it out they said it wasnt cancelled!!! The screenshot is my third person ive been passed too and currently holding

I have my car in the shop since Nov 1st , my car is ready, and Fred Loya didn't send me the check fast enough , first they blame it in the shop , now the shop is ready, and according to them, they send the check in the 12th , is BS , that check hasn't arrived and its so inconvenient being without a car. Now they're not answering, its so frustrating , if you can take your business somewhere else because they don't care about their customers, to charge and even withdraw money out of my account for that they're really fast

A Fred loya insured client with a liability policy was in a collision that is at fault. The Fred loya insured customer totaled the other person's vehicle.

Fred Loya has yet to take any action what so ever. Fred Loya has all necessary information to at least provide a temporary vehicle for the non liable person. Fred Loya has not been willing to provide any assistance, but instead appear to be stalling. This is an issue that should not be acceptable.

We will pursue every option available to assure that this doesn't happen to anyone else. Also for anyone that is interested in using Fred Loya insurance, I would seriously advise against it.

I would liking this company as a sham. Be very aware.

Claim’s Problem

My daughter was rear-ended and hurt by a Fred Loya insured. It was 100% his fault.

We submitted a claim on 5/5/24, and the total loss department has been a complete nightmare.

There's been no communication and no clear clarification on the value of my vehicle. They have not provided a rental vehicle.

We have paid at the 1st of the month and was told that as long as we pay by the first of the following month we were ok. I got phone call from local office 06/26 telling me my auto policy was elapsed?

I was told today the last month of policy no grace period. I say nonsense and this was never explained to me. I need this reversed due to it wasnt my fault, due to the wasnt communicated to me or did any one call to explain before 06/22?

I still have same payment date the 18th? Thank you for your help!

Towing

Called the 24/7 towing service center for Fred loyal and the told me they couldnt help me because they were not associated with Fred loyal! I have been trying to get in touch with them for sometime now and I had no help or luck nor did they provide me with someone who could help!!!

Not reimbursed for rental car

Did everything I was told by F.L. Insurance claims people.

Was rear ended by driver covered by F.L. Insurance. How this company is allowed to do business is beyond me. I haven't seen a dime from them.

This tells me a lot about this company's employees.

No refund for car rental.

I did everything this company told me to do in regards to getting reimbursed for a rental car after a driver covered by F. L.

Insurance rear ended me. I'm ready to get on a plane and confront these heartless, cold blooded, pathetic employees.
