Refunds

it's been over a month since I haven't gotten my refund. They say will take 5 to 10 days to work or be lasted 3 weeks. Been over a month haven't received a refund called the company and that there was another issue and now they have to reissue me a check and have to wait for another month or so. Each time all I get is the runaround.

I need my car replaced a rental car …..

Why Loya doesn't give access to pay out insurance with our routing and account number over the phone or on line? Most every businesses give customers access? My insurance was cancemidnight last night.

My insurance was canceled at midnight. Why we do not have access to pay with our routing and account number? I tried every way to use my routing and account numbers and no prevail. Majority businesses in Georgia give access with this kind of transaction. Why are you so none supportive to your customers? Ive been with Loya a long time. Not helping their own costumers

A friend of mine has a auto insurance and they didn't want to cover for the damages and he was fully insured on his car where he had the accident ,it's more than one people I know so far having issues with this company I will never recommend this company or use it my self any more it's better get smaller companies and local.

never get an answer and when you leave a message they never reply. A customer of ours has been waiting for the repairs of their vehicle for two months now and still get no reply. This is the worst insurance I've ever dealt with.

THE ADJUSTERS INFO FOR THIS CLAIM

Need rental car

I have full coverage on a vehicle that I bought for my wife less than 3 months ago we just have our 2nd payment and the vehicle already started giving us issues. It's at the mechanics right now and I need a rental car while our vehicle is being repaired but It feels like I'm being given the roundabout here.. seems no one wants to help me out.

One of your clients hit my car

Hit 2-14-2022 and still waiting g for even an adjustors to call me the 2 cars that hit each other and then pushed into me both of these insurance companies are saying their client was not at fault. I talked to loya customer service they said their client was found guilty on site so here I am in April no car and still no help what a horrible company.
