Road Side assistance is 24/7. The Fred loya 800 number is not open & now I am stuck in the middle of the road waiting for the Fred Loya office/toll-free number to open,so I can ask them for my roadside assistance number.

Maybe it is the location, but I have roadside assistance with Fred Loya and I was given separate paperwork for roadside assistance. Fred Loyal isn't the company doing the assisting so you wouldn't call them unless you lost your roadside assistance info. In that case, of course you would need to wait until business hours to reach the insurance agent because they are not the people you would call. You need to pull your paperwork that was given to you when signing up and go to the pages that explains the roadside assistance coverage. There is where you will locate the correct 24/7 phone number to use. I have had Fred Loya for awhile now and they have been the best and easiest to work with, as well as the least expensive. By far, actually hundreds cheaper than the other companies I checked with. For the price I was actually surprised it included roadside assistance. So I'm not sure why your experience is so different but I just wanted noted that I haven't had any of the issues you are describing
