Fred Loya Insurance - No communication at all!
It was raining early one more when I noticed someone hit my car that was parked outside my home. On my way to work I was caught in a hail storm.
I called in a claim and told the lady about the hail and trunk. I was not advised or informed of any process other than someone would call because "there was a hail storm in the area." The only communication there has been is when I contact them. When I do make contact there's no answer or update.
Date of Loss was April 26. We are now 6/16/17 no update.
