I auto draft my bills, and haven't had a failed paymen't since 1999:

I received a refund check from Fred Loya. Called the customer service line. Said my policy was cancelled due to lack of response of a credit app. Well, I received my insurance card, paid my policy on-time and was cancelled. I was drafted again the next month. Called CS again, said oops goto the branch they will fix it, Went to the branch, this rep had no sense, said the UW has cancelled this policy, you must renew a new policy, and pay a fee based on the erroneous docs we sent to you. You failed to reply with your info. So I was quoted, given a card and autobilled twice to find out my insurance was cancelled b/c I did not fill out a DOC that was never sent. Should have been done before a card was issued but the UW must know that these schleps are taking money for pads and not following through.

I have contacted the TDIC and am meeting with Shaun Raab 1/20/2016. Will help everyone.

3 Different reps and one was a manager and a total deny everything (your fault) well, we will see.
