I had them and my payment was low then went to pay my ins. They said you have to start a new policy and doubled the price there customer service sucks when you call them and ask a question they dont know the answer wow im so glad i didnt have any accident with them when i cxl my poli y they said it would be 3 weeks before i get my money back ***.

Fred Loya Insurance Customer Care Review

One of their clients hit my neighbors car and pushed it through my fence a month and a half ago. They continue to say payment is being issied to fix my fence but I have recieved nothing but the run around. I have made several phone calls and even spoke with a supervisor who assired the check is in the mail.

I haven't had any issue. Everyone been nice and professional, quick. Thanks guys If I would have to out a negative comment only thing I can think of is the new way of making payment on a computer with a webcam. Because the girls in the office still have to do everything.

Service so far is slow,claims dept is not 24hrs. Can not get in contact with adjusters. Need a rental to go to work and f.l.ins. is not responsive fifteen hours after accident.
