I was hit by someone (insured by them) running a red light on Nov. 7 2016.

On Nov. 17th I was told a check for the car to go to the body shop was sent out. The first week of December came and the check never got here. I've been called them to avoid the initial check and reissue it but by the first week of January 2017 it hadn't came in so I called and I was told the check had NEVER BEEN REISSUED.

I explained to them how that was absolutely unacceptable, I had been waiting for TWO months for the check to come!!! I asked if they could expidite/ overnight the shipping, it was the least they could do right? Well the check didnt come for ANOTHER TWO WEEKS. So it took almost 3 months just to get my car in the shop.

As soon as I took my car into the shop, I called in about my rental car options like I was told to do. I went ahead with the option to be issued out a voucher for the days the car would be in the shop and I was told itd take 5-7 business days for it to arrive. The second week of Febuary came around and the check hadn't came, so I called. 3 months after the accident I was finally told I had a specific adjustor assigned to me.

When I called her, she started jumping to conclusions about what I was calling for. This girl had the audacity to get smart and sassy with me and after arguing and trying to explain to her for over 10 minutes the reason I was calling. Turns out the check hadn't been issued, AGAIN!!!

I asked if she could guarantee that it'd be expidited, and she said no, it wasn't up to her. It is so *** frustrating dealing with these *** people that can't ever seem to do anything right.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.
