They tell me one price over the phone then when I go to the office it is always higher...

This has happen to me several times and they act like it is my fault.They ran my credit card then tell me they are sorry and can't refund it back.

I will have to cancel and it will take two weeks to get back....I have read the complaints against them now and will tell everyone what kind of people they are.

they are out to get everyone's money and do not care about customer service.I hope they fail in the future...
