I was charge my monthly dues in office even do they are scheduled to come out of my account on a specific date so I did not worry about having the money in my account.. Come to find out a week later they charged my account and I did not have sufficient funds so I was charged a fee my husband spoke to the office managers about a refund and cancellation they said well a refund will take up to 3 weeks my husband said I don't care I want to cancel and s refund after 3 weeks passed no refund so I called explain the situation asked to be cancelled again my refund and additional overdrawn fees she said ok bring your receipt and bank statement we will cancel your policy..

It takes a while for banks to send statements so headed to office after having everything ready just to get upset because I was told that my policy could not be cancelled over the phone when I was told it would be cancelled on top of that I was not getting a refund because it had been a month since I called.. Excuse me but you owe me so their shouldn't be a time limit on my money send and the $105 of extended overdrawn fees.. You just wanted to steal my money thieves..

Never get insurance thru Fred loya they will find a way to steal your money and on top of that horrible costumer service the girl that charged me twice was more worried about a brawl she had with her sister-in-law than taking care of me and my policy.. Again thieves!!
