An Fred Loya Insurance claims person lie to a customer collison to get the car pick-up by telling them they had the customer approval which they did not have. After the customer found out that the car were already taken, Fred Loya claim adjuster blames the auto center by telling me that the auto center should have call me instead of listening to them telling them they lie in calling me to just get the car picked up.

They are the most unprofessional and lying group of people to deal with.

They should be shut down for mis-representation.

Fred Loya doesn't want to pay my insurance claim. Their insured hit me head on and got a ticket and now I have over $15000 on dr. bills and they are trying to say the injury was caused by another wreck 9 months earlier with I was already realesed from the dr. for months earlier.
