Fred Loya Insurance is a rip off artist. Even to their own employees and own insured. Do not use them - cheap is cheap - you get what you pay for and with Fred Loya that is nothing but trouble. They do not pay claims, the have "creative" claim practices which are unethical. My 20 year old son was hit in his car by someone carrying their insurance. For 4 weeks they would not even talk with my son because they were hoping he was young and

would go away - after one phone call from me - they called him in a rental car (we were already out $700 at this point. Only when I got involved, did they even return phone calls. They have not reimbursed that $700, the car is not repaired, they requested the rental car they eventually authorized to be returned and the repairs to our car are not complete - it is still in the shop. They are only paying 80% of the claim, from rental insurance to the repairs because they assessed that he is 20% at fault, although he did not receive a ticket or was in no way found at fault by the law, and we had several witnesses. We we are out thousands of dollars because of their creative practices. Their response - - Sue us, here's the address to our legal department. The Claims Adjuster I have been dealing with is not in our town (200 miles away), and only returns my phone calls after 5:00pm to my work #. Don't know about you, but I usually don't have extra thousands to pay an attorney up front to file a law suit to get a company to do what is right. I researched and found out their practices through and through are alarming. Do not work for them, do not gain insurance through them and hope no one hits you that is covered by them! I am writing the State Board of Insurances now to file a complaint. If you have any advice for me, please advise.

well your dumb @$$ should have had insurance. They would have covered you if you didn't like the offer FLI gave you. Plus they are probably calling your work # b/c that is the only number they were provided. I swear you complainers are nothin but a bunch of low lyin wet backs, ignorant black people, and trailer trash white people.

Aren't you a funny little person. As a matter of fact, my husband is an insurance loss adjuster, licensed in multiple countries, not just Texas, so yes, we indeed do understand how, as you so perfectly put it "the game works". With Fred Loya it is a game. With us, it's no game, but a question or morals and integrity which you just proved Fred Loya Agents have none. AND my real job is a professional in the oil and gas industry.Thank you for responding, my point proven.

we provide economical insurance for customers in need of great coveragae at low rates. we are perfectly within our legal rights to distribute insurance policies. our practices are carefully reviewed by the Texas Department of Insurance. Our claims adjusters are trained and most of them are cops. maybe if u got a real job you would understand how the insurance game works. dont talk if u dont know what ur talking about. i hope this clears things up for you

Well, I understand! The only advice I have is that you should carry collision on your own vehicles. So your own insurance would pay for it and then they would go after the company to be reimbursed themselves

Most attorneys will take your case on a contingency basis, meaning that if they don't settle your case or win at trial, you are only liable for actual expenses (filing fees, etc.) in your case. Contingency cases are ideal for someone in your situation where liability is clear, because you won't have to pay anything up front.

Try searching for a San Antonio personal injury/auto accident attorney at www.martindale.com, and request free consultations with one or more attorneys. Be sure to do this as quickly as possible, as you may need to be concerned about the Statute of Limitations (last date you can file a lawsuit) in your case.

Good luck!
