Fred Loya Insurance is a rip off artist. Even to their own employees and own insured. Do not use them - cheap is cheap - you get what you pay for and with Fred Loya that is nothing but trouble. They do not pay claims, the have "creative" claim practices which are unethical. My son was hit by someone carrying their insurance. They are only paying 80% of the claim, from rental insurance to the repairs because they assessed that he is 20% at fault, although he did not receive a ticket or was in no way found at fault by the law. We we are out thousands of dollars because of their creative practices. Their response - - Sue us, here's our address to the legal department. Don't know about you, but I usually don't have extra thousands to pay an attorney up front to file a law suit to get a company to do what is right. I may have to come up with it now, though. I researched and found out their practices through and through are alarming. Do not work for them, do not gain insurance through them and hope no one hits you that is covered by them! I am writing the State Board of Insurances now to file a complaint.

I was in a car accident about two years ago. Thank God the person who hit me had State Farm, They were wonderful and paid everything. I was warned by my lawyer that if had been Fred Loya or Apple or any of those other "cheap" companies they wouldnt even have accepted the case. They DO NOT PAY CLAIMS is the same complaint I have heard over and over again.

I am getting car insurance for my kids, I WILL NOT USE Fred Loya. My own Lawyer advised against them. I have consistently heard bad things form everyone I know that has this crapy insurance. Thats what you get when you insure through a fly by night company.

I see that many of you have had unfortunate run ins with Fred Loya with people who had that insurance. I am on the opposite end of the spectrum.

I hit someone about a yr ago, it wasn't too bad but the person went after me for the damages. Understandable.

The car was registered under a relatives name and they had Fred Loya insurance in the state of NM. The accident happened in AZ.

They flat out denied the claim.

Their issues was, not that I wasn't on the insurance, but that the accident occurred in another state.

So here I'm thinking I'm screwed, but according to AZ state law, if they covered the care, if I wasn't explicitly uncovered on the policy, then they have to be held to do their *** job. To insure the damages!

So take it from me, don't listen to a *** things these crooks tell you. Talk to someone, anyone, because if you get sued they will try to *** over and the insurance company will not help unless you make them. Or if your trying to get them to pay for what someone else did to you, theyll say its your fault even if you were just sitting there and will try and deny your claim.

DOWN WITH INSURANCE COMPANIES!!!!!!!! :(

:( I would like to mention a similar experience with Progressive Ins many years ago when I needed full-cover insurance for one vehicle. I got a quote from one of their brokers for $558 and when I went back a few days later with my check-book, they revised their rate to $646, which I paid up because I didn't have time to hunt for better rates. When I received the policy documents from Progressive, they charged me almost $900 and I got really mad, so I cancelled the insurance immediately and demanded for a full refund but I only got a partial refund. They kept $200 for some stupid reason, which I fought them tooth and nail and eventually got every penny back. Insurance companies were founded way back in the early 1800s in the UK with very good and noble objectives but over time, greed destroyed the trust that the public has for them, so please be careful of these sharks and crooks.

:( :( I have evidence to show that Fred Loya's quotations are dishonest. I have four vehicles and went to them, thinking that they give me a good rate. I was given a quote of $96.10pm, which was better than the $103pm, so I decided to buy my insurance from them. When I came back the next day, they changed the quote to $109.90pm with lousy excuses. I was pissed at being tricked to waste my limited time with them and stormed out of their office. When I cooled down, I went to another branch and was given yet another quote of $128.20pm. Can you imagine my frustration? I'm now convinced that they are dishonest because they tweak their rates to entrap customers. I went back to the first company and got my insurance for $103pm as promised.

We were hit the other day and the driver took off. My insurance company has the driver who has Fred Loya, on tape saying he was at fault, the accident report that the guy left the scene before the cops came, and still asked if it was my our fault.
