Fred Loya is extreamly hard to deal with. Trust me if you ever get hit by someone who has Fred Loya insurance, Prepair for battle. I went through *** trying to get my car repaired and just getting my rental. Agents are almost never at their office and don't pick up calls. Leave a message and we only get a call a few days later. They cause so much delays even the repaird shop went through ***. I found this the hardway... I should of done my research first before filing a claim with them. Never had any issues like this with other insurance company before.
