I seriously doubt there is anyone over the age of 24 working for
Fred Loya in El Paso Texas. These
teenagers have terrible
attitudes. I have been snapped at twice and hung up on. I have made a huge
mistake by choosing this company. i got into an accident 4 days ago and have not heard from anyone unless I MAKE THE MOVE. These people are lazy and could care less about their clients.
I have never dealt with such a horrible company. No one gives you answers. No One cares. NO ONE CALLS YOU BACK. NO one is smart enough to make a complete sentence at the offices. All the child employees would be perfect
Mc Donalds or Mall employees.
FRED LOYA DOES NOT PAY YOU ON THE SPOT.

i've had similar experience too... after a claim was made against me, no one from the company bothered to inform me on the progress of the claim; how much was paid out or even that it had been closed! i had to keep bugging them for information for days

They are THE WORST company I have ever dealt with. They are rude, unintelligent, and unprofessional. Their client rear-ended me and they are barely willing to reimburse me for the damages. Horrible customer service. No one should ever use them as their form of insurance.
